FEKO 2011 CADETS, JUNIORS AND SENIORS OPEN NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Sunday 18 September 2011 once again witnessed a superb National Karate Championships held at the Harvey Hadden in Nottingham. This event, together with its counterpart in June offers karateka, and now kobudo practitioners a real opportunity to demonstrate their skills and expertise on the National stage.
The event started on time and ran smoothly, there were very few injuries and very few complaints.  Although there are not as many competitor supporters attending this event the atmosphere within the arena was at time electric. There were some excellent performances. It was really pleasing to see that some of the winning and placed cadet/senior competitors had entered previous FEKO competitions as children/cadets and were reaping the just rewards for their commitment to karate and FEKO.
